The prime location on a 200-foot stretch of private beach on the idyllic Fort Pond Bay offers significant outdoor space and seating for dining guests.&nbsp; Navy Beach will only be open to dining guests with confirmed reservations for lunch\/dinner service this season.&nbsp; Several safety protocols will be in place throughout the season including: hand sanitizing dispensers; a frequent sanitizing protocol for all common surfaces on premises; staff utilizing face masks; and guests are required to wear face masks at all times when not seated at their table.&nbsp; All seating will be arranged with proper distancing according to state mandate.&nbsp; Select menu offerings will also be available for takeout along with the beverage menu, based on availability and state guidelines. Boat deliveries to the Fort Pond Bay will also be available late June through Labor Day.&nbsp; Yachting clientele will be happy to hear that the beachfront restaurant\u2019s popular \u201cTorpedo\u201d service will be back this season offering a launch running weekends from late June through Labor Day. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New menu items in the works for the 2021 season include the following: &nbsp;Salmon Tartare&nbsp; with yuzu soy, scallion, toasted sesame &amp; crispy rice noodles; Grilled Portuguese Octopus&nbsp;with hummus, Castelvetrano olives, toasted garbanzo, Aleppo pepper &amp; lemon vinaigrette; Shrimp Ceviche&nbsp;with avocado, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro &amp; saltines; Maryland Crab Cake&nbsp;with Dijon aioli, little gem lettuce &amp; grapefruit;&nbsp; Bucatini Fra Diavolo&nbsp;with&nbsp;local kale, chili flake, San Marzano tomatoes, breadcrumbs &amp; parmesan&nbsp; (with the option to add a half lobster); Roasted Sea Scallops&nbsp;with summer corn succotash, chorizo, serrano chili &amp; lime; and Roasted Zucchini&nbsp;with toasted almonds, pecorino &amp; olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the last eleven seasons, the restaurant has become a go-to-destination for its ros\u00e9 selections, and as a result, the restaurant will continue to showcase its increasingly popular ros\u00e9 offerings this season. According to beverage director Bob Pruett, \u201cThis year\u2019s list will include a thoughtful balance of traditional wines with some up and coming producers as well as a healthy dose of classic grape varietals sprinkled with some esoteric ones. &nbsp;Old world and new world will be represented in the selections with a generous selection of large format bottles.\u201d A new libation to look for this season is a best-seller imported from the brand\u2019s newest outpost in the Virgin Islands\u2014Navy Beach, St. Thomas. The Ginger Thomas is a refreshing mix of vodka, ginger syrup, cucumber and lime. The cocktail menu will also feature some throwback favorites as well as craft cocktail staples crafted with fresh ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navy Beach will continue to support the Navy SEAL Foundation with its ninth annual dine + donate program from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with $1 added to each dining check. Guests will also be able to donate additional funds to the organization. Since beginning to fundraise for the organization in 2013, the restaurant has raised over $175,000 for the Navy SEAL Foundation. In addition, the restaurant\u2019s local East Hampton High School scholarship program continues for a third year, with the upcoming awarding of four $500 scholarships to graduating senior students residing in Montauk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past two winters, Navy Beach has been expanding beyond Montauk! Navy Beach, St. Thomas&nbsp;at Yacht Haven Grande in the USVI is the first venture from Navy Beach Hospitality outside of the continental United States, and the first of several Caribbean-based projects to open over the next few years, including Navy Beach St. Maarten, opening late 2021 at the IGY Isle de Sol Yacht Club, in Simpson Bay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navy Beach, St. Thomas&nbsp;offers prime waterfront positioning at the sprawling&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.igymarinas.com\/marinas\/marina-yacht-haven-grande\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yacht Haven Grande<\/a>,&nbsp;and features a delightful mix of fully covered and sun-dappled, socially distanced outdoor seating, a comfortable outdoor lounge, and a 20-seat bar, all with unobstructed views of the surrounding yachts and Charlotte Amalie Harbor, which serves an impressive collection of the world\u2019s finest mega-yachts as well as an array of sailing, sport fishing and other pleasure crafts. The bright, open-air nautically inspired space spills out onto Yacht Haven Grande\u2019s prized \u201ccanon lawn,\u201d making it the perfect venue for live music performances, private events and weddings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navy Beach, St. Maarten&nbsp;will be the newest venture from Navy Beach outside of the continental United States, opening&nbsp;late 2021&nbsp;at the Yacht Club Isle de Sol, in Simpson Bay.
