For opening weekend, the restaurant will be open for dinner Friday through Sunday and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Montauk&#8217;s favorite beachfront restaurant will kick off their\n<em>Season 10<\/em> events with the annual\nfundraiser for the Navy SEAL Foundation on June 22<sup>nd<\/sup>. In late July,\nthe popular beach and boating destination will celebrate with a Riviera-themed\nAnniversary Weekend. The restaurant will also offer new retail collaborations\nincluding a signature print commissioned by local artist Alison Seiffer as well\nas a limited edition scented candle with Brooklyn-based JOYA Studio. Retail\nitems and collaboration pieces will soon be available to purchase online via\nthe restaurant\u2019s website shop, launching in June. The\nfinal component to the 10<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary celebration is the launch of\na new Montauk Scholarship program for graduating East Hampton High School\nStudents.&nbsp; Beginning in the spring of\n2019, Navy Beach will award two graduating seniors with a $1,000 scholarship\nper student towards their college education. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the 2019 season, the restaurant will highlight\nthrowback specials including past season favorites like the Lobster Tagliatelle\nand Red Curry Coconut Tilefish. The new menu feature signature staples and new\nmenu items including a Kale Grain Salad with wheat berries, red quinoa, crouton\nand egg-less Caesar dressing; a Maryland Crabcake with cucumber kimchee and\nsmoked yogurt; and a dry-aged NY Strip with crispy smashed potatoes, garlic\nbutter and wonder bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navy Beach is honored to host its seventh annual fundraiser\nfor the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF) with a kickoff cocktail party on Saturday,\nJune 22<sup>nd<\/sup> from 3-5pm. During the 2018 season, the restaurant raised\nover $30,000 to support the Navy SEAL Foundation and its charitable efforts,\nbringing the restaurant\u2019s to-date funds raised total to $150,000. Tickets\nfor this year\u2019s event will be $50 per person, $25 for veterans, and free for\nchildren under 16 and can be purchase here .\nThose unable to attend the restaurant but looking to support their efforts may\nmake donations through the restaurant\u2019s website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.navybeach.com\/events\/help-navy-beach-support-the-navy-seal-foundation\/\">https:\/\/www.navybeach.com\/events\/help-navy-beach-support-the-navy-seal-foundation\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over\nthe last nine seasons, the restaurant has become a go-to-destination for its\nros\u00e9 selections, and as a result, the restaurant will continue to expand upon\nits increasingly popular offerings this season. This year\u2019s list will include over\n25 selections featuring a wide variety of flavor profiles with selections from\nall over the world.&nbsp; The cocktail menu\nwill feature some throwback favorites as well as craft cocktail staples made\nwith fresh ingredients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yachting clientele will be happy to hear\nthat the beachfront restaurant\u2019s popular \u201cTorpedo\u201d service will be back this\nseason offering a launch running weekends from late June through Labor Day.\nYachts anchored in Fort Pond Bay may also order delivery from the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an increasingly popular special events\nand weddings venue, Navy Beach continues to host private events, rehearsal\ndinners and wedding ceremonies and receptions throughout the season. Be sure to\ncheck the calendar online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.navybeach.com\">www.navybeach.com<\/a>\nor call ahead for closures due to private parties.
