Chef + Sous Chef:
We are expanding Navy Beach into the Caribbean this winter and seeking passionate, creative and experienced chefs to join our growing management teams in St. Thomas and St. Maarten.
Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and menu, as well as working with executive and FOH management and all the staff to maintain our high standards around quality, customer service and community engagement. The chef and sous chef will work alongside management in the coordination of daily operations of the kitchen and kitchen staff. This will include but not be limited to scheduling and training of kitchen staff, assisting in menu creation/recipes, effectively managing and controlling food and labor cost and ensuring compliance with national/state employment/food handling laws and company policy.
Supporting ownership and management in building and leading a strong and disciplined kitchen team will be a focus. These are working positions so expect to be involved with everything from production, to purchasing, to Health Department standards, to scheduling and nightly cooking on the line.
Chef candidates should have a minimum 5 years cooking experience and at least 1 year as a sous chef in fine or fine casual dining. Sous Chef, minimum of 3 years cooking experience. Please send a current resume.

Montauk’s Navy Beach is expanding to the Caribbean and is seeking passionate, creative and experienced restaurant managers to join our growing management teams in St. Thomas and St. Maarten.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include are not limited to supporting the Restaurant’s Executive Team and in the coordination of daily restaurant operations. Duties can include scheduling and training of staff and managers we designate, assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies, and ensuring that guest satisfaction (by hospitality, quality control and ambience) remains a priority. Managing and controlling food, beverage, and labor costs will be a focus while ensuring guest satisfaction through a focus on hospitality, quality control and proper staffing. Staff placement and training to ensure a proper ambiance and high quality product will also be an ongoing focus.
Candidates should have a minimum 5 years restaurant experience and at least 1 year as a manager in fine or fine casual dining. Please send a current resume.
